RETURN POLICY

Returns Accepted Within 14 Days

• The customer is responsible for return shipping.
• No restocking fees apply.
• Final sale items (promotional or discounted items, including those purchased with a promo code) are not eligible for refunds.

Before Returning an Item

Please contact us via email at contact@mauv-studio.com with the following details to ensure your request is processed promptly:

• Order Number (#....)
• Item(s) concerned (Product name)
• Several photos of the product(s)
• Explanation of the reason for the return (size issue, quality, style, etc.)

RETURN CONDITIONS

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• The return request must be made within 14 days (from the delivery date).
• All items must be returned in their original condition (tags, packaging, etc.).
• Damaged items will not be refunded.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return request after reviewing your case.
• We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

• Refunds will be processed once the returned product(s) are received.
• Refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on the payment system used at the time of purchase.
• If your order is declared lost or stolen during delivery, a store credit will be issued for you to place a new order.
