If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact our customer service at contact@mauv-studio.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How to Contact Us

Email us at contact@mauv-studio.com with a detailed description of the issue, including the reason for return, your order number, and the product SKU. For defective or incorrect items, please include a clear photo/video (under 2 MB).

Our Solutions

1. Mauv Studio Responsibility
- If we are at fault, we will authorize a return for refund and/or exchange.
- Once the item is received, we will offer compensation or send a replacement free of charge.

2. Customer Responsibility
- If you ordered the wrong size/product or wish to exchange the item, a return is still possible.
- Return shipping for exchanges is at the customer's expense. - We will refund the original product price once the returned item is received. - Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty does not apply to the following items: contact lenses, swimwear, lingerie, earrings, clearance items, or discounted products, unless Mauv Studio is at fault.

Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.

Compensation Timeframe

Processing of returns/exchanges: 3–6 business days after we receive the item.

- PayPal refund: up to 48h
- Credit card refund: 7–14 business days
- Wallet refund: up to 24h

Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to a Mauv Studio error, shipping costs are covered by us. Otherwise, they remain the customer’s responsibility. No restocking fees apply.
