Rich black velvet meets dramatic floral damask lace in this y2k dresses gothic fantasy piece that features a front ribbon corset lacing, V-neckline with charm detail, and voluminous bell sleeves that flare out dramatically from elbow to wrist. The contrast between the structured velvet bodice and the sheer damask lace sleeves and skirt creates a dark, theatrical layered effect straight out of early 2000s vampire aesthetic. Every detail is intentional, every inch is dramatic.
