If an item does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service at contact@mauv-studio.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases, except in the event of a confirmed fault on MAUVSTUDIO®’s part.

Note: Due to screen variations, colors may slightly differ from the actual product. This does not constitute a valid reason for return.

Please email us at contact@mauv-studio.com with your order number, product reference (SKU), reason for return, and clear photos or videos of the item (under 2 MB). Incomplete requests will not be processed.

• 1. MAUVSTUDIO® responsibility

If the product is defective or does not match the description, we will authorize a return for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

• 2. Customer responsibility

The following cases are the customer’s responsibility: incorrect size ordered, change of mind, or delivery considered too late. Return shipping costs are at your expense and initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: contact lenses, swimwear, lingerie, earrings, sale items, items purchased with a discount code, and clearance items. Exceptions apply only in case of a confirmed fault on MAUVSTUDIO®’s part.

All returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Any item that does not meet these conditions will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.

Return processing: 3 to 6 business days after receiving the item.

PayPal refund: up to 48 hours

Credit card refund: 7 to 14 business days

Store credit refund: up to 24 hours

Return shipping costs are covered by MAUVSTUDIO® only in case of an error on our part. In all other cases, they remain the customer’s responsibility. No restocking fees are applied.
